Kiln × Lemo · Franchise Partnership 2026
Your members alreadypay for the amenities.Add the one that pays you back.
A professional-grade recovery chair in every Kiln location. Lemo owns it, installs it, and services it. Members pay per session, and Kiln keeps 15% of every one.
- Zero capital
- No staff duties
- Revenue from session one
The hardware
A recovery chair that looks like it belongs in your space.
Lemo designed the unit to sit quietly in a Kiln lounge: no clinical cues, no noise, no staff required. Members tap in, recline, and recover.

The insight
Kiln sells access. We supply the access.
The model you already run.
Members pay one membership and get a floor of amenities that would cost them ten times more to hold alone. That's the whole promise.
The amenity nobody has yet.
Recovery is one of the fastest-growing categories in US wellness — and it hasn't been built into where people actually work.
The one that isn't a cost line.
Every other amenity you add is overhead. This one has a revenue share attached to it from day one.
How it works
Three steps, and only one of them is yours.
Lemo installs.
We supply, deliver, and own the chair. 120V plug-and-play, certified to US safety standards. No construction, no IT, no structural work. Typically signed to first session in 2–4 weeks.
You choose the placement.
One price, every Kiln. Lemo sets and maintains session pricing across the network — $10 for 10 minutes, $15 for 15, $20 for 25 — so a member gets the same experience in Salt Lake as in Denver. Your decision is where the chair lives and which locations go first.
Revenue pays out monthly.
Kiln keeps 15% of every session. Sessions are tracked live in a dashboard and paid out on a monthly cycle.

Three session lengths. One share.
